Do ALL of the following:
- Meet 5 (GOLD) or 4 (SILVER/BRONZE) connections metrics as of November 1. (See your Unit Commissioner for more details.)
- Training: Unit Leader and the Committee Chair are Position Trained
- Size: 20 or more youth in a pack, 12 or more youth in a troop
- Growth: Year over Year growth OR 50+ in a pack, 30+ in a troop
- Advancement: 30% of youth have rank advancement in last 12 months
- Outdoor: pack campout, troop long-term camp
- Be 100% Safeguarding Youth trained as of November 1.
- Be 90% (GOLD) or 80% (SILVER) or 70% (BRONZE) Position Specific trained as of November 1.
- Submit a unit calendar to District Vice Chair Eugene Chen (eugchen@gmail.com) by December 1 covering the 2027 calendar year or 2026-27 school year.
- Designate a New Member Coordinator by August 1.
- Participate in a recruiting event (approved by Membership Chair Daniel Gray degray@nicrya.com) by November 1.
- Hold a FOS presentation OR make aggregate unit donations of $1000 by December 1.
- Have a unit representative at 7 (GOLD) or 6 (SILVER) or 5 (BRONZE) Roundtable meetings from January to November.
Complete 6 (GOLD) or 5 (SILVER) or 4 (BRONZE) of the following:
- Attend Camporee or Cuboree.
- Participate as a unit in Scouting for Food or Day of Service.
- Participate as a unit in Scout Sunday.
- Sell popcorn.
- Sell camp cards.
- Hold an Order of the Arrow Election.
- As a pack, participate in a Pinewood Derby or Raingutter Regatta Event.
- Perform a service project for your charter organization or a council camp.
- Turn in a copy of your unit bylaws to District Vice Chair Eugene Chen (eugchen@gmail.com).
