Scouting America has a new 30-second spot, and it’s running across Orange County right now through Spectrum’s distribution network. Angels games, NCAA Football, and the Spectrum News livestream with zip code targeting into our own neighborhoods. Around 320,000 impressions before the month is out.
It closes with the part your families need to hear: registration is free through December 31. New Scouts, transfers, and adult leaders. No code and no paperwork. Families can go to www.OCBSA.org/join and enter your Pack or Troop name on the form.

The video does the explaining, so your caption only has to say where you meet and what number to put on the form. Canyons units have already brought in more than 50 Scouts through that one field this year.
