| Wizarding Scout Camp (Camporee) is fast approaching. Camporee this year is April 25-27th at Oak Canyon Park. You can signup for Camporee on Black Pug at https://scoutingevent.com/039-CanyonsCamporee2025 where you will also find the latest copy of the Camporee Plan Book and the house that your Troop is assigned to. There are still events available to be hosted by Troops. Remember 1 point for hosting an event. In years past, there’s only been 1-2 point separation between 1st and 3rd for top Troop. If you wish to host an event, please reach out to me at canyonscorcommittee@gmail.com with your Troop number and the event you would like to host. The deadline to sign up to host an event is April 11th. The price is $40 per Scout and Scout leader unit April 12th. After April 12th the price increases to $45. There is an additional $5 cost for each Patrol that wishes to compete in Iron Scout. You sign up for Iron Scout at the time you are registering your Troop. |
