Canyons District Camporee is coming
April 25-27 at Oak Canyon Park (Irvine Lake).
February Roundtable is our Camp-O-Ree Kickoff night and Annual Chili Cook-off!
Troops can earn Camp-O-Ree points by bringing a CrockPot of chili (as Spicy as you’d like!)
Troops also eam Camp-o-Ree points by attendance at Roundtable of the Scoutmaster, Committee Chair, and Senior Patrol Leader.
Come early to set up your CrockPot.
PACKS! You can participate too by bringing a pan of Cornbread to share! Thanks in advance!
It’s that time of year again. It’s Camporee season.
This months Roundtable (2/13) will be our annual Camporee Chili Cook Of meeting. Which Trop will get bragging rights for the next year for having the best chili?
Units will have the opportunity to begin earning Camporee points: 1 point for bringing chili, 1 point for Scoutmaster attending roundtable, 1 point for Committee Chairs, 1 point for SPL. For a total of 4 points
The Troops wil also find out which house they are in (Gryfindor, Hufflepuff, Ravendaw, or Slytherin).
We are not leaving out the Packs. Packs can participate in the Cornbread competition. The Pack to be judged with the best cornbread will get the option to be in the first group that participates in fishing at this Falls Cub-or-ee.
The players handbook and selection of events will be open for Units attending Roundtable.
Registration for Camporee will be live on February 3rd.
