July DARK for Roundtable – Eagle Projects Only
July 10 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm PDT
Eagle Project Turn-In will occur on Thursday, July 10th at the Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, outside on the porch in front of the Dining Hall. The Gate Code will be: #0713.
As with Roundtable Turn-In, your Scouts should be wearing their full Field (Class A) Uniform, including Merit Badge Sash, and bring the Proposal Section of the Eagle Project Workbook. While it is not a requirement, it is highly recommended that the Workbook be placed in a Binder. This allows easy access as well as prevents pages from being bent or lost. It is also recommended for the Scout to bring any pictures, drawings, cut sheets, plot diagrams necessary to present the Proposal. Set your Scout up for success and encourage them to be prepared with the appropriate materials to present their project to a member of the Eagle Review Committee.
